For a private wellness day in Thuringia or a sauna escape for two, the whole boat is yours. Our smallest package includes three hours for two to four people. All guests must be aged six or over.

Extras depend on your package. Choose bathrobes, salt scrubs, tiered platters, towels, comfort sets, sauna infusions and sparkling wine in the booking calendar. Ask Wena about any further wishes; she will confirm availability and prices. FirstClass and Romance already include some of these extras.
For your break, rent a bathrobe for €15 or a comfort set with a bathrobe, sauna towel and bath towel for €29. A sauna towel and bath towel together cost €12.
Add a salt scrub, sauna infusion or foot bath for €5 each. Tiered platters cost €20; a bottle of Rotkäppchen 1856 Riesling sparkling wine costs €18.

Stay longer: 6, 7 or 8 hours
Longer escapes are available on request. Wena checks your preferred date and agrees the duration and price with you personally. Sending a request does not reserve a date.

Wena’s personal passion
From Sweden to the Saale.
For over 25 years, Wena has been creating special holiday moments. This boat, built by the Swedish shipyard Marinbastun, is her very own place to unwind.
Under the name SaaleMomente, the sauna boat is joined by Restaurant Schmiedehafen and Reisebüro Traeger in Pößneck. Strandhafen Café is planned as a further addition.

In Wilhelmsdorf, follow the road towards Campingplatz Portenschmiede; the entrance is about 2 km away. The barrier opens after recognising your number plate. Park in the marked spaces near the sauna boat.
The team gives you a token for the exit after your visit. It is valid on the booking date until 11:59 pm; after that, the campsite’s daily fees apply.
What should you bring?
Bring a sauna towel and bath towel, bathing shoes, your swimwear and comfortable clothes for afterwards. FirstClass and Romance already include a bathrobe, sauna towel and bath towel.
Booking, payment and arrival
Choose your package and an available date. Include every person attending. After your request, you receive the details for a bank transfer. Your preferred date is held provisionally; Wena confirms it personally once she has checked that payment has arrived.

From the lake to the table.
First, warmth and open views on the water. Then a table at Schmiedehafen in Portenschmiede: Wena cooks for you as you wind down among the birch trunks.
Schmiedehafen opens on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5 pm, and also at lunchtime on weekends and public holidays. It is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Kitchen hours and current visitor information will help you plan. Ask about sauna and restaurant together. Your reservations are confirmed separately.
