Booking and voucher terms
Provider and experience
Your contracting party is Wena Traeger, SaaleSpa, Krölpaer Straße 25, 07387 Krölpa, Germany. During the booked visit, the sauna boat remains moored at the Portenschmiede jetty. A boat trip is not included. The person making a booking must be an adult; children may participate when accompanied and subject to the safety rules.
Booking and confirmation
At saalespa.de/en/buchen/ you choose a package, an available date, the number of guests and, if applicable, a voucher code. Before submitting, the total price, voucher deduction and balance to pay are shown. After submission, the date is initially reserved and an acknowledgement with an invoice is emailed to the address provided. The booking becomes binding only after Wena has checked receipt of payment, or full coverage by a valid voucher, in the administration system and has expressly confirmed the date. This binding confirmation is sent in a separate email. Please observe the payment deadline on the invoice; a pending reservation may be released after that deadline.
Prices and payment
The gross prices shown when you submit apply, including the applicable VAT. SaaleClassics includes up to four guests; each additional guest costs €35. SaaleDeluxe and SaaleFirstClass include up to four guests; each additional guest costs €55. SaaleFamilienzeit includes up to two adults and three children; each additional adult costs €55 and each additional child €35. SaaleRomantik is the displayed package for two. The maximum group size is ten. A fruit, vegetable or antipasti platter can optionally be added for €20. A platter already included in a package is not charged again. Please transfer payment to the bank account shown on the invoice using the payment reference stated there. Additional drinks or services used on site are charged separately.
Buying and redeeming vouchers
A value voucher can be used for SaaleSpa services. Its available balance is deducted from a booking up to the total price; any remaining balance can be used again under the same code. A package voucher applies to the named package. Buying a voucher does not reserve a date. The purchaser first receives the order and payment information. The code is activated and sent with the voucher only after Wena has checked receipt of payment. The recipient chooses an available date in the calendar. Any price difference is shown before booking and on the invoice for the date; it must be paid before the booking is binding. Statutory limitation periods and consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not impose a general one-year redemption limit or a blanket exclusion of withdrawal rights.
Changing or cancelling confirmed dates
Please request changes or cancellations in text form. A change is free up to 14 days before the start, subject to availability; any price difference is settled. Cancellation up to 14 days before the start is free. From 13 days to one day before the start, up to 50% of the total price may be charged as a fixed compensation for loss; on the day of the visit or in the event of a no-show, up to 100% may be charged. You may expressly demonstrate that no loss or a substantially lower loss occurred. SaaleSpa takes account of any replacement booking for the date. This provision applies to binding confirmed bookings, not merely to unpaid booking requests.
Operation and safety
If SaaleSpa cannot safely provide the experience for technical, official or weather-related reasons, an alternative date will be agreed with you or any payment already made for the booked visit will be refunded. Children under six must not use the sauna. All guests must follow the safety rules explained on site; minors need an accompanying adult. Do not put your own infusion products on the stove. Report damage or defects to the team immediately. A refundable deposit of €200 may be requested on site under the rule communicated when booking; it is returned after the boat has been properly handed back. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
